Company Policies

As all LUMO jewelry is lovingly hand made in California, we do not always have stock on hand.  All orders are created in our studio and are typically shipped within 10-15 days.


Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt for store credit.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.

Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales, promotions or custom orders unless stated otherwise.


International Shipping And Handling

Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders.
