As all LUMO jewelry is lovingly hand-crafted in California, we do not always have stock on hand. All orders are crafted in our studio, and are typically shipped within 10-15 days of placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your piece, we accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt, for store credit only. Pieces must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging. The original shipping cost of your order are non-refundable, and not subject to any store credit issued.
We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order. If you are unsure of your size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler or contacting us, so that we may assist in making sure that you're receiving the perfect piece.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend shipping return orders with a trusted shipper, as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen return packages. The original shipping costs of orders are non-refundable.
Products purchased through our retailer partners must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s policies.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom orders or items purchased during sales or promotions, unless stated otherwise.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Our pieces are handmade to order in our studio, and once production begins on your piece the order cannot be canceled.
Please contact us before attempting to return any piece. We reserve the right to deny credit or refund for any returns that does not meet these policy requirements.
Care and Repairs
Our pieces are designed with quality craftsmanship, such that you are able to wear them as often as you would like. However, many of our pieces are dainty and delicate, and as with any piece of fine jewelry should be worn with care, so that you can love them for a long time. Please contact us with any questions regarding necessary care for a particular piece. If your piece requires a repair, no problem, we would be happy to assist. Please contact us for details regarding your specific needs.
Shipping and Handling
If you need your order within a specific timeframe, please contact us so that we can be sure to meet your needs. If you would like to insure your package, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact us. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information for your order. Once a package has been delivered by us to one of our shipping partners, it is no longer under our custody or control. If a order is lost in transit, we will do everything that we can to locate it and get it to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been provided, so we highly recommend that our customers select a secure shipping address. If you would like to add a signature requirement for your order's delivery, please contact us.
Please note that prices do not include international taxes, tariffs, duties, customs or import fees. Although such taxes and fees are not always incurred, such amounts are commonly based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any such taxes or fees on the declared value of international orders, and these fees will likely be collected at the time of delivery. Please consult your local regulations if you have questions regarding any potential amounts due. Please note that international shipments are occasionally delayed by customs, and this is unfortunately outside of our control and our shipping partners' control.
